•You own your number once ported from your main provider, until you cancel it with the option to delete it.
• All numbers that are not ported must be cancelled by the Customer after porting has been completed.
• Managed porting can take up to 1 month due to internal processes of the donor.
• Individual porting can take between 2 to 10 working days.
• A letter of authority to port with a copy of the existing account must be accompanied with the Porting form.
